Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchasing and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping costs for UK are charged at:

• £3.50 Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
• £5 Express shipping (1-2 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high volume periods. 

Shipping carriers: 

We primarily ship via Evri. 

International shipping:

We offer international shipping worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may be impacted by customs processing. 

Lost, damaged or delayed shipments:

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@packbrack.com and we will assist in filing a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly with the shipping company. 

Incorrect shipping information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
